
M 30. Started 6 weeks ago at 233, 負かす/撃墜する to 224lbs. Lost most of it the first 2 weeks now struggling to keep the 規模 going 負かす/撃墜する. Making 伸び(る)s jogging and doing 団体/死体 負わせるs. Just trying to build endurance so I can 燃やす more calories. A lot いっそう少なく junk food
