A 乱すing use of 法律

起訴s in this country have now become so selective that many have begun to wonder what the 法律 is for.

Is it designed to 保護する the peace, 井戸/弁護士席-存在 and 所有物/資産/財産 of the people of this country?

Or is it instead ーするつもりであるd to 施行する the ideas and beliefs of a self-regarding and dogmatic エリート?

It is hard to comment on the 詳細(に述べる) of the 事例/患者 brought against an Aintree couple, Ben and Sharon Vogelenzang, since both 起訴 and defence seem 気が進まない to speak about it.

But there is something 乱すing about the fact that 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s have been brought at all.

The 申し立てられた/疑わしい offence 伴う/関わるd a conversation in a small 私的な hotel, in which the Vogelenzangs are said to have criticised the イスラム教徒 宗教.

The Public Order 行為/法令/行動する of 1986, invoked here, was 特に passed to 支配(する)/統制する public 行列s and 議会s, to punish the stirring up of racial 憎悪 and to bring peace to football grounds.

The 罪,犯罪 and Disorder 行為/法令/行動する of 1998, also 伴う/関わるd, was 類似して ーするつもりであるd to 妨げる racial いやがらせ.

First, Islam is not a race, but a 宗教 ? a 始める,決める of ideas with which all are 解放する/自由な to
同意しない.

Secondly, the breakfast-room of a guest house, while not wholly 私的な, is 明確に not the sort of 場所 the framers of the Public Order 行為/法令/行動する had in mind.

It is striking that the 栄冠を与える 起訴 Service has thought fit to bring this 事例/患者, when ? in an example that stands for many others ? no 活動/戦闘 was taken to 妨げる the appalling 迫害 of Fiona Pilkington, whose 無能にするd daughter was savagely いじめ(る)d, who called for police help in vain at least 30 times, and who 結局 killed herself in despair.
