The 事例/患者 for and against fur: the 事例/患者 熟考する/考慮するs

Some women enjoy wearing fur. Here four women tell us the 推論する/理由s why they like it and why they're pleased that fashion and celebrities have put fur 支援する into the スポットライト.

Natasha de Young, 27, is a child psychologist. She is 選び出す/独身 and lives in a two-bedroom house in Tunbridge 井戸/弁護士席s, Kent. She says:

As a child, I remember my mother wearing her 黒人/ボイコット and brown mink coats, which were 現在のs from my father. They felt so soft and smelt amazing.

I would snuggle up in my mother's for hours and 一打/打撃 the gorgeous sleek pelts. She was a strikingly beautiful woman, and whenever she wore them she looked like a movie 星/主役にする.

I was given my first fur when I was 21. It had belonged to my 広大な/多数の/重要な-aunt, and she left it to me in her will. It is a three 4半期/4分の1-length brown mink, which I so coveted when I was a youngster. But when I received it there was a big anti-fur 態度 around at the time and I felt self-conscious about wearing it, so I didn't for three years.

I didn't even show it to my friends because of that. Instead, I would just wear it inside the house. I've never had a moral problem wearing mink because it wasn't an 危うくするd 種類. Most people eat meat and wear leather, so what's the difference?

The first time I wore my mink was to a dinner with my parents, which was a very grown-up, posh occasion, and I knew many of the women there would be wearing fur, too.

I think fur is so special because it is so feminine, fun and I feel very sensual when I wear it.

No one has ever made a 消極的な comment, only complimented me on how 広大な/多数の/重要な I look. I think that's because people have become far more 受託するing of fur's place in fashion.

My previous boyfriends always said how glamorous and sexy my furs were and then 追加するd how they'd like to see me naked under them. Fur definitely taps into a male fantasy; it's a primal thing.

Paula Heimamen, 34, is an accountant in the 財政/金融 and マスコミ 産業. She is 選び出す/独身 and lives in a one-bedroom flat in Primrose Hill, North London. She says:

My first fur was a 素晴らしい fox stole I bought when I was an undergraduate at Cambridge.

My collection is made up of a silver fox fur jacket, which I bought in a second-手渡す shop for £100 - new it would have cost £3,000. I also have two detachable mink fur collars, a Thirties-style mink evening cape and several fur 従犯者s, such as a mink alice 禁止(する)d and an 相続するd lynx stole.

I love fur because there is nothing as glamorous or as warm. Synthetic furs just don't do it or look as wonderful.

I also think men find fur very attractive on a woman because it has a real 'raw' 控訴,上告 to it and is so tactile.

The other night, I was 身を引くing some money from a cash point in South Kensington and a very 井戸/弁護士席-dressed, handsome man in his 30s approached me and said; 'Excuse me - I love your outfit and I couldn't help noticing you. Can I take you out for a drink?' I was flattered but, 自然に, turned him 負かす/撃墜する.

Ever since I was a child, fur has been part of my life. My mother always wore the most fabulous 十分な-length mink coats, which I thought incredibly glamorous.

People eat meat and wear leather, so it is hypocritical to then lambast those who wear an animal 肌. It is just as worthwhile to kill something to keep you warm as it is to kill something to eat.

There has been a noticeable 増加する in those wearing fur this winter. So I feel いっそう少なく 目だつ wearing it for smart dinners or evenings at the theatre.

I'm gl 広告 it's come 支援する into fashion because it looks so amazing and the way it makes you feel is unique.

I find that when I wear my fur, I get far better service in the more expensive 蓄える/店s, such as Harrods or Joseph. The sales assistants really stand to attention.

Fur is still an 否定できない status symbol; the more 豊富な you are, the more extravagant the fur.
