'They are bound by 協定s that are too long or have onerous 修理 commi tments.

'It is 価値(がある) taking professional advice and 交渉するing. 商売/仕事s can also try to 控訴,上告 against 商売/仕事 率s to save on 所有物/資産/財産 costs.'
