Older 労働者s will be 決定的な in years to come

By 2025, half the adult 全住民 will be over 50 and with より小数の younger 労働者s 始める，決める to enter the 労働 market, companies will rely on older 労働者s staying put.

As long as people can do the 職業, we are happy for them to stay on.'

Simon Mitchell, director at human 資源s consultancy DDI, says: 'Older people may welcome 適切な時期s to work flexibly or to continue working after they retire on a consultancy basis.'
