The price of the cryptocurrency reached a 記録，記録的な／記録する $112,000 (£82,700) on May 22, and many believe it has far その上の to run ? although this is far from a given and its most vertiginous 落ちるs often follow hot on the heels of the biggest rises.
So, if you’ve been standing on the sidelines is now a good time to jump on the Bitcoin bandwagon ? or have you left it too late? 専門家s 株 their 予測s ? and their theories on why Bitcoin is having such a good run.
Why is Bitcoin rising in price?
Bitcoin has been 成し遂げるing 井戸／弁護士席 since Donald Trump, who is 悪名高くも supportive of cryptocurrency, was 指名するd 大統領 of the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
During his 選挙運動, he 誓約（する）d to make the US the ‘crypto 資本／首都 of the 惑星’ and in 最近の weeks has taken その上の steps to show his かかわり合い.
約束d 規則 of cryptocurrency is starting to take 形態／調整 in the US, which means more 投資家s are beginning to take it 本気で.
The Genius 行為／法令／行動する is making its way through the US 上院 in a move to 規制する いわゆる stablecoins, a form of 数字表示式の 通貨 that is designed to be いっそう少なく volatile as it is pegged to the value of another 資産 such as the US dollar or gold.

The price of Bitcoin had fallen 支援する in the wake of 大統領 Trump’s 関税 告示s, as nervous 投資家s sought safety in いっそう少なく volatile 資産s. But as 信用／信任 has returned, so have Bitcoin 投資家s.

Simon Peters from the 貿易（する）ing 壇・綱領・公約 eToro, says: ‘位置／汚点／見つけ出す Bitcoin 交流-貿易（する）d 基金s, which 跡をつける the price of the cryptocurrency, brought in more than $2.5 billion (£1.8 billion) last week, and 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d companies continue to buy and 持つ／拘留する it, now accounting for about 4 per cent of the total 供給（する）.’
Could it rise その上の still?

David Belle, a 仲買人 and 創立者 of 密告者 Money, is の中で the more 確信して cryptocurrency 専門家s. He thinks the Bitcoin price could reach $1 million (£839,000) within the next ten years. ‘Yes Bitcoin is volatile, but over a longer period of time, there aren’t many better 投資s,’ he says.
What are the 代案／選択肢s to crypto?
Thomas Becket from the wealth 経営者／支配人 Canaccord 示唆するs that if you are looking to spread your 危険 by 投資するing in a variety of 資産s, there are plenty of 選択s that may be いっそう少なく risky than cryptocurrency.
‘I might be considered old fashioned but, in today’s uncertain world, I am more comfortable 持つ／拘留するing some （危険などに）さらす to either gold or 商品／必需品s as a way to diversify,’ he says.
As for whether any other cryptocurrencies could follow Bitcoin’s 上向き march, he is 懐疑的な. ‘There are other coins with 明らかな 公共事業（料金）／有用性, however they don’t 利益 from the 指名する 承認 and historical 状況 that Bitcoin has,’ he says. ‘The real 競争相手s will be 政府-問題／発行するd coins. Mr Puckrin agrees that Bitcoin is the ‘gold 基準’, arguing that いわゆる altcoins (代案／選択肢 coins) are ‘much more volatile and risky’. It is important to do your 研究 before buying any crypto 資産 as some are more 合法的 than others. いわゆる meme coins, which are often created as a joke, can 貿易（する） for fractions of pennies and are often incredibly volatile.
