BLUNDERING 保険会社 Scottish 未亡人s has been 軍隊d to apologise after junk-mailing 申し込む／申し出s of health cover to dozens of people it knew had already died.

Mr Watkins, 67, said he was 'appalled' by the letter. 'I've never had anything to do with Scottish 未亡人s before, but I got a letter from them on Monday. Then on Tuesday, another letter arrived from them 演説（する）／住所d to my wife and in brackets after her 指名する it said '死んだ,' he said. 'I was just appalled. I know mail gets through to people who have passed away, but when they 認める in the letter that the person is dead it is incredible. It infuriated me. It's coming up to a year since my wife died and I'm just coming to 条件 with it, so for this to happen is just appalling.'

A 広報担当者 for Scottish 未亡人s said 400,000 letters had been sent out to 顧客s of Scottish 未亡人s and Lloyds and said 'a small number' - about 100 - had gone out to dead people.
