Two friends sent each other a 一連の 発言する／表明する 公式文書，認めるs about the Sycamore Gap tree?存在 削減（する） 負かす／撃墜する after felling the tree の上に Hadrian's 塀で囲む, a 法廷，裁判所 heard today.
Groundworker Daniel Graham, 39, and mechanic Adam Carruthers, 32, each 否定する two counts of 犯罪の 損失 to the tree and the 塀で囲む at night in September 2023.

On the second day of the 裁判，公判 today, police 分析家 Amy Sutherland took the 陪審／陪審員団 through messages between Graham and Carruthers on the morning of September 28, 2023 about news ニュース報道 of the tree felling.
The 法廷，裁判所 heard Graham sent a voicenote to Carruthers using his 愛称, 説: 'Jeffrey, it's gone viral, it's gone 世界的な, it will be on ITV News tonight.'
Later, Graham sent a message 説: 'Jeffrey, it's on f***ing?Sky News as we speak.' Carruthers sent Graham a ビデオ of the Sky News channel's rolling news 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する.
In a nother message, Graham said to Carruthers: 'Not a bad angle on that stump', 追加するing: 'That's 明確に a professional.'
One screenshot sent by Carruthers to Graham showed Facebook comments with a circle around one that said: '裁判官ing by the 質 of the 削減（する） and size of tree I would say whoever it was has knowledge of how to fell large trees.'

The 法廷，裁判所 heard there was another comment underneath a man called Kevin Hartness 説: 'Some weak people that walk this earth disgusting behaviour.'
賠審員s were played a 発言する／表明する 公式文書，認める from Graham to Carruthers 説: 'That Kevin Hartness comment. Weak... f****** weak? Does he realise how 激しい s**t is?'
Carruthers replied with his own 発言する／表明する 公式文書，認める 説: 'I'd like to see Kevin Hartness 開始する，打ち上げる an 操作／手術 like we did last night... I don't think he's got the minerals.'
The 法廷，裁判所 also heard Graham's phone 含む／封じ込めるd 非常に／多数の Google searches for an earlier 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う in the Sycamore Gap 調査 who was later 解放（する）d with no その上の 活動／戦闘.
Ms Sutherland said that between October 3 and October 5 searches were made on Graham's phone for 'Water Renwick' and 'Walter Renwick Plankey Mill'.
Mr Renwick was 逮捕（する）d on September 29, 2023 but was later told he would 直面する no その上の 活動／戦闘.
Earlier, Ms Sutherland showed the 陪審／陪審員団 saved screenshots from Daniel Graham's phone of news articles about the Sycamore Gap tree felling.
She also said YouTube history on Graham's phone showed a search had been done for 'police 声明 Sycamore Gap,' 同様に as several searches 簡単に for 'Sycamore Gap'.
In 新規加入, Ms Sutherland said Graham looked up an online article about the 国家の 信用 creating a replica of the fallen tree using a 3D ざっと目を通す.
She said that the 被告s were 逮捕（する）d on October 31, 2023 and again on November 3.
Also today, 賠審員s were shown a two-minute and 41-second ビデオ, taken from Graham's iPhone, of what 検察官，検事s say is the 100-year-old sycamore 存在 chopped 負かす／撃墜する.

Ms Sutherland said the ビデオ was in the download section of Graham's phone, which was taken from his jacket pocket.
She said it was 'in 不明瞭' but that 'sounds of a chainsaw' could be heard.
Ms Sutherland told the 法廷，裁判所 she had been able to get the co-ordinates of where it was filmed from the metadata, and that they were for Sycamore Gap.
Richard Wright KC, 起訴するing, told 賠審員s earlier in the 裁判，公判 that the ビデオ had been 高めるd by a Northumbria Police 専門家 but was still '極端に dark', although what appears to be the 輪郭（を描く） of a tree can be seen, 最初 upright, before 落ちるing to the ground by the end of the clip.
What 検察官，検事s say is the 'unmistakable sound of a chainsaw' can be heard.

About halfway through the ビデオ, the chainsaw 静かなs, Mr Wright said, and someone 除去するs a wedge from the tree, before the machine starts up again and the sycamore 落ちるs.
The 検察官，検事 told 賠審員s: 'It will be a 事柄 for you what you think this ビデオ shows. The 起訴 示唆する that the ビデオ was taken by someone 持つ／拘留するing the phone in their 手渡す.'
賠審員s heard the ビデオ was filmed on Graham's phone in 'real time' at 12.32am on September 28.

Earlier, the 法廷，裁判所 heard the tree was a 'totemic' feature of Northumberland.
The 損失 原因（となる）d when it was felled was valued at £622,191 for the tree and £1,144 to the 塀で囲む, which is a Unesco World 遺産 場所／位置.
A 声明 by Tony Wilmott, a 上級の archaeologist with Historic England, said the Sycamore Gap 指名する was coined in the 1980s and over the １０年間s it has become one of Northumberland's most 高く評価する／（相場などが）上がるd features.
He said: 'Its unmistakable profile has been repeated in many マスコミ and because of this it has become totemic.
'It has become a place of marriage 提案s, family visits and even the 場所 of ashes to be spread. The place is much loved by many thousands of people.'
He said the 場所's 評判 was spread after it featured in the film コマドリ Hood Prince Of Thieves, starring Kevin Costner and Morgan Freeman.
A 声明 from archaeologist and 視察官 for Historic England 物陰／風下 McFarlane, said the significance of Hadrian's 塀で囲む was '国祭的な recognised' and it was 指定するd a Unesco World 遺産 場所／位置 in 1987.
The 声明 said: 'Hadrian's 塀で囲む 示すs one of the frontiers of the Roman empire and the importance of the 生き残るing remains has been recognised through (the Unesco 任命 ).'

Ms McFarlane said some of the 石／投石するs in Hadrian's 塀で囲む were 損失d when the tree was felled, as it landed across the 塀で囲む itself, Newcastle 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 heard.
She said it was fortunate the tree was still in 十分な leaf as the 栄冠を与える of the tree appeared to have 行為／法令／行動するd as a 'cushion' and that the 損失 could have been '壊滅的な' さもなければ.
The 法廷，裁判所 heard that after 非常に／多数の social マスコミ 地位，任命するs about the tree 存在 削減（する） 負かす／撃墜する were 循環させるd, Pc Peter Borini arrived at the scene on the morning of September 28.
In a 声明 to the 法廷，裁判所, he said 特別奇襲隊員s were 'visibly upset' at what they saw.
He 非常線，警戒線d off the scene and took sawdust and bark 見本s, but could not find a wedge from the trunk that was 除去するd in the felling 過程.

In his 声明, he said it was believed that the tree was 工場／植物d in the 1800s by previous landowner John Clayton, 'to be a feature in the landscape'.
Mr Poad said the 国家の 信用 bought the 場所／位置 in 1942.
The 法廷，裁判所 also heard Carruthers became a father for the second time only 12 days before the tree was felled.
In a 一連の agreed facts read out by Rebecca Brown, junior 起訴 counsel, the dates of birth of his children were given, with one child 存在 老年の five at the time and one born on September 16, 2023.
行方不明になる Brown said Carruthers had no 前科s, けん責（する），戒告s, 警告s or 警告を与えるs.
The 裁判，公判 will continue at 10am tomorrow.
