消えるing バタフライs - numbers 急落（する），激減（する） after soggy summer

The ぱたぱたするing of バタフライs could be a rare sight in our gardens this spring and summer, conservationists have 警告するd.

By the end of last summer, numbers were at their lowest for 25 years while eight 種類 were at an かつてない low.
