問題／発行するs with home construction have topped the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of 消費者 （民事の）告訴s in South Australia but 需要・要求する remains strong across the 部門.
The 消費者 and 商売／仕事 Services department took more than 1300 調査s and dealt with almost 120 （民事の）告訴s 関係のある to the construction 部門 in 2022.
Travel remained a 重要な 問題／発行する with 113 （民事の）告訴 calls, but that was 負かす／撃墜する 意味ありげに on the 190 fielded in 2021 when COVID-19 制限s and 問題／発行するs were more 目だつ.
問題／発行するs surrounding the 購入（する） of a second-手渡す car drew the third most （民事の）告訴s with more than 60 calls last year.
Small and Family 商売／仕事 大臣 Andrea Michaels said the 明言する／公表する 政府 was doing all it could to support 消費者s and 確実にする their 権利s were 保護するd.
"An 増加する in 構成要素 costs and a deluge of work are resulting in a number of challenges for both the building 部門 and 消費者s," she said.

Dwelling 是認s rose 15.2 per cent for the year to the end of November, compared to 重要な 落ちるs in most other 明言する／公表するs.
Data also 明らかにする／漏らすd a 0.4 per cent 落ちる in house prices in December compared to bigger 落ちるs across the country.
"South Australia's 住宅 market hasn't experienced the volatility of the eastern 明言する／公表するs, and that's good news for 所有物／資産／財産 owners," Treasurer Stephen Mullighan said.
"While the strength of the 所有物／資産／財産 market is 肯定的な for those already owning houses, we know we need more 供給（する） to help others get into home 所有権."
