NSW drivers with good 記録，記録的な／記録する to skip 罰金s
Drivers with a three-year clean 運動ing 記録，記録的な／記録する could dodge large 罰金s for minor 運動ing offences in a newly 発表するd 選挙 政策 from the NSW 政府.
Good drivers will be given a one-off chance to escape a 罰金 for offences 含むing low-範囲 スピード違反, disobeying no left or 権利-手渡す turn 調印するs or 運動ing in a bus 小道／航路.
Those drivers look to save up to $2200 for 運動ing in a bus 小道／航路, $124 for スピード違反 where the 限界 was 越えるd by いっそう少なく than 10km/h and $275 for ignoring a no left or 権利-手渡す turn 調印する.
P-platers who have lost their 陳列する，発揮する plates will also be 適格の for the 計画／陰謀, 主要都市の Roads 大臣 Natalie 区 told reporters on Wednesday.
Drivers will still receive a demerit point and the incentive can only be 適用するd once every three years.
The 政府's 誓約（する） comes one day after NSW Labor 明らかにする／漏らすd its own 選挙 約束 to reward 運転者s, 申し込む／申し出ing to 除去する a demerit point after 12 months of good 運動ing.
NSW Labor leader Chris Minns said the 政府 had put the 政策 together in 返答 to the 対立's 告示, 述べるing it as a "last minute" 職業.
Defending the 政策, 主要都市の Roads 大臣 Natalie 区 said the 政府's 政策 prioritised safety, and the 対立 提案 did not.
"If you have a （疑いを）晴らす 記録，記録的な／記録する for three years and you have a minor 違反, then we will 許す you to 適用する to waive that 罰金," Ms 区 told reporters on Wednesday.
"The demerit stays in place.
"What that does is recognise that there are さもなければ good drivers out there who have a good 記録，記録的な／記録する who deserve a little bit of 余裕／偏流."
It also follows Treasurer Matt Kean and Ms 区 criticising Labor's 政策, 説 two-thirds of 致命的な 事故s 伴う／関わるd low-範囲 スピード違反.
"I don't think they're big enough to 認める that Labor's 政策 発表するd yesterday had wide support support from the community (and) was supported by the NRMA," Mr Minns told reporters.
対立 roads 広報担当者 John Graham called the 政府's 政策 the world's fastest U-turn, 追加するing he believed Labor had the superior 計画（する）.
Labor's 計画／陰謀 will reward good drivers, while the 政府's 政策 would give incentives to 法律 breakers, he 追加するd.
"The 政府 計画／陰謀 (says) to 以前は 井戸／弁護士席-behaved drivers if you break the 法律, you'll be given an incentive," Mr Graham said.
"We've got to 減少（する） the road （死傷者）数 and we've got to 解除する road safety."
Labor's 計画／陰謀 is designed to incentivise drivers after the 除去 of 動きやすい 速度(を上げる） camera 警告 調印するs led to an escalation in the number of 罰金s 問題／発行するd across the 明言する／公表する.
The number of 動きやすい 数字表示式の 速度(を上げる） camera 罰金s 問題／発行するd when the 速度(を上げる） 限界 was 越えるd by 10km/h or いっそう少なく, 増加するd from 3222 in October 2020 to 27,855 by February 2021, 歳入 NSW data shows.
