NAB staff are 始める，決める to 投票（する） on an 企業 協定 that will enshrine working from home 権利s and 支払う／賃金 rises totalling 17.5 per cent over four years.

The 条項 始める，決めるs out a 過程 for 従業員s to 適用する for and 設立する WFH 手はず／準備 and puts 制限s on the grounds for NAB to 辞退する a request to work from home.
It also 許すs 接近 to a 論争 過程, with 増大するing the 事柄 to the Fair Work （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 the final step if a WFH request is unreasonably 辞退するd.
The 協定 詳細（に述べる）s a two-week notice period for any changes to work from home 手はず／準備 other than for exceptional circumstances.
NAB 労働者s have also 安全な・保証するd 支払う／賃金 増加するs totalling 17.5 per cent between 2023 and 2026 for the lowest paid staff under the 協定.
The bank will 保証（人） rises for all 労働者s up to the "high income threshold" and 改善する transparency of 年次の salary 増加する 予算s.
Those 収入 more than the high-income threshold will have a 権利 of 論争.
The 取引，協定 is a 勝利，勝つ for NAB 労働者s who last year 拒絶するd an 不公平な 申し込む／申し出, 財政／金融 部門 Union 国家の 長官 Julia Angrisano said on Friday.
"Union members, 事実上の／代理 collectively gave the NAB a （疑いを）晴らす message that they deserved better 支払う／賃金 rises than the bank was 用意が出来ている to 支払う／賃金 them and by standing their ground, they have 達成するd a much fairer 結果," Ms Angrisano said.
"More than 80 per cent of NAB staff have now 安全な・保証するd 保証（人）d 直す／買収する，八百長をするd salary 増加するs instead of relying on NAB's market-based model which eroded our members' 基準 of living."
NAB has also agreed to 増加する parental leave entitlements and introduce 対策 to 演説（する）／住所 the gender 支払う／賃金 gap, 含むing by 支払う／賃金ing superannuation on paternity leave.
The 協定 含むs Aboriginal and Torres 海峡 Islander leave; 承認 of menopause, menstruation and mental health; and, an 現在進行中の 委員会 to 演説（する）／住所 職業 安全.
Union members working for the 連邦／共和国 and ANZ banks 推定する／予想するd their 雇用者s to 会合，会う the （判断の）基準 始める，決める by NAB, Ms Angrisano said.
Earlier this week, the 財政／金融 部門 Union 開始する，打ち上げるd a Fair Work （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 fight against the 連邦／共和国's return to office edict, after the bank told staff they would need to return 50 per cent of the time from Monday.
