The sit-in took place at outside Flinders Street 駅／配置する に向かって 隣接するing Swanston Street in the CBD from 5pm on Friday.

Organiser Nour Salman said those gathered were calling on 総理大臣 Anthony Albanese and his 政府 to take 活動／戦闘 in 返答 to the 衝突.

"We 需要・要求する 器具／実施するing 即座の 許可／制裁s against イスラエル. The time to 行為／法令／行動する is now.
"Israeli 占領／職業 軍隊s have committed and 文書d hundreds of 出来事/事件s that break international 法律."
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said it is aware of 抗議する and 確認するd officers would be 現在の in the area.
"We 尊敬（する）・点 the 権利 for individuals to 抗議する 平和的に, however we will not 許容する those who 故意に 封鎖する roads and 混乱に陥れる／中断させる the lives of the broader community trying to get home or come into the CBD," she said.
