議定書 違反 in 保護/拘留 death: 検死官

A NSW 検死官 says an Aboriginal woman who died in 保護/拘留 in 2016 would have 生き残るd if police had called an 救急車 and not 違反d their own 政策s.

Mother-of-four Rebecca Lyn Maher, 36, was 設立する dead in her 持つ/拘留するing 独房 in Maitland in July 2016.
