Second Wiggles show goes on without Page

The 初めの Yellow Wiggle wasn't far from the minds of his bandmates and fans as the group took to the 行う/開催する/段階 without him after he 苦しむd a cardiac 逮捕(する) during a fundraising concert.

Greg Page was on Sunday in a serious but stable 条件 in Westmead Hospital after he 崩壊(する)d to the ground as he was walking off the 行う/開催する/段階 during a bushfire 救済 concert on Friday night.

The 48-year-old had to be 生き返らせるd and has undergone 外科 to have a stent 挿入するd into his heart.

The 初めの Wiggles line-up of Page and Anthony Field, Murray Cook and Jeff Fatt were 成し遂げるing the first of two fundraisers for the bushfire 救済 成果/努力.

The 禁止(する)d carried on with its planned second show at 城 Hill RSL on Saturday night, 説 Page's main 関心 was that the show go on.

"Let's raise the roof tonight and do it for Greg whilst raising 基金s for the Australian Red Cross and WIRES," the group said in a Facebook 地位,任命する on Saturday.

Emma Watkins, the 現在の yellow Wiggle, took his place during the second concert.

Watkins, also known as Emma Wiggle, said Page was in their thoughts during the 業績/成果.

"Greg, we 行方不明になるd you! It took all of us to cover you. Anto, Murray and Jeff, you 激しく揺するd it! Thank you to everyone who (機の)カム and supported the guys and helped raise 基金s for the bushfire 影響する/感情d areas," she wrote on Instagram on Sunday.

Wiggles drummer Steve Pace, 禁止(する)d staff member Kimmy Antonelli and off-義務 nurse Grace Jones - who was in the audience - were credited with saving Page's life.

They 成し遂げるd CPR and used a defibrillator on him before 救急車 officers arrived.

"I didn't go to a Wiggle concert 推定する/予想するing to do that," Ms Jones said.

"It's a bit surreal. I do things like that everyday at work, I didn't 推定する/予想する to do that without 器具/備品 and everything like that."

Page complained of feeling unwell after appearing on 行う/開催する/段階 for an hour before 崩壊(する)ing. It was later 明らかにする/漏らすd he 苦しむd a heart blockage.

Paramedic Brian Parcell, who worked on Page as he was taken to hospital, said he would not be alive if it weren't for the 成果/努力s of those who 成し遂げるd CPR.

"We 設立する Greg was unconscious at that point but he had cardiac 生産(高), his heart was 現実に (警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域ing," Mr Parcell said.

"It's only through the 成果/努力s of the bystanders before we arrived that he's alive today.

"It's 現実に an 驚くべき/特命の/臨時の story of 生き残り. The message is that the more people who learn CPR and use defibrillators, the more lives we're going to save."

Page left the children's 禁止(する)d in 2006 予定 to poor health and returned for a second stint in 2012.
