Wheelie 貯蔵所 殺し屋 could get more 刑務所，拘置所
A Melbourne man who 発射 a graphic designer, 捨てるd his 団体／死体 in a wheelie 貯蔵所 and kept it in a 貯蔵 locker for 17 years could spend more time behind 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s.
John Spencer White 認める the 2001 過失致死 of John Christianos, whose remains were discovered at an Oakleigh South 貯蔵 施設 in 2018.
He was 刑務所，拘置所d in 2019 for a 最大限 six-and-a-half years for the 殺人，大当り and must serve at least three-and-a-half years.
Proper 負わせる was not given to the gravity of the 感情を害する／違反するing in the 宣告，判決, 検察官，検事 Diana Piekusis QC told the 法廷，裁判所 of 控訴，上告 on Thursday.
"He took the 法律 into his own 手渡すs," Ms Piekusis said of the 殺し屋.
There was an argument between the pair after White 招待するd the 犠牲者 to his 所有物／資産／財産 the night of the 致命的な 狙撃.
White said he 発射 Mr Christianos twice after he was 脅すd with a knife, and panicked.
"It was a disproportionate 返答 to that perceived 脅し," Ms Piekusis said.
She 追加するd there were 重要な 悪化させるing features 含むing the lengths taken to hide the 団体／死体 and the "lies and deceit" that took place after the 罪，犯罪.
The 殺し屋 told a woman who knew Mr Christianos, that he was suicidal and White discouraged her from 報告（する）／憶測ing his 見えなくなる to police.
"[He] took active steps to 避ける 発見," Ms Piekusis said.
But lawyer Paul Holdenson QC argued his （弁護士の）依頼人 行為／法令／行動するd in self-defence and 解雇する／砲火／射撃d in a "panic", out of 恐れる for his safety.
If there was an error made about the gravity of the 感情を害する／違反するing, it could be 強調d by the 司法（官）s and the 控訴，上告 should be 解任するd, he said.
Mr Holdenson also said the 起訴 failed to 満足させる the 法廷，裁判所 it was a "manifestly" 不十分な 刑務所，拘置所 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
