Victoria must '逆転する' 青年 再拘留（者） rise
A spike in young Victorians 存在 held in 再拘留（者） has attracted the attention of the 明言する／公表する's 青年 仮釈放（する） Board boss, who says 当局 must flip the script on the 増加するing 傾向.

再拘留（者） orders grew from 946 to 1324 over the 12 months to June 30, while 青年 仮釈放（する） orders fell from 185 to 160 in the same （期間が）わたる.
"There has been a 重要な 増加する in the number of young people on 再拘留（者）, a 傾向 which last year 減少（する）d, but this year was again on the rise," 裁判官 Quin wrote.

In 2019/20, 78 young Victorians 完全にするd their 仮釈放（する） stint, with 40 警告s 問題／発行するd and 83 仮釈放（する） orders cancelled - 負かす／撃墜する from 93 the previous 財政上の year.

However, just 49 adult 仮釈放（する）s were 逮捕（する）d and 拘留するd by police for 申し立てられた／疑わしい 違反s - the lowest number on 記録，記録的な／記録する - and serious offence 有罪の判決s for 囚人s on 仮釈放（する） (four) remained below five for the fourth 連続した year.
Mr Couzens was also pleased with 囚人s' 78 p er cent 仮釈放（する） 完成 率, 公式文書，認めるing that 人物／姿／数字 had 解除するd by 23 per cent since 2015/16.
