NZ public servants 攻撃する，衝突する with 行う 凍結する
New Zealand's public 部門 and police unions say they've been betrayed by Jacinda Ardern's 政府 after an 厳格な，質素な 支払う／賃金 申し込む／申し出.

"The cost of living is not 氷点の, and neither should 給料," spokeswoman Jan Logie said.
