Egypt 法廷，裁判所 hears 刑務所，拘置所d Jazeera reporters' 控訴，上告
Egypt's 最高の，を越す 法廷，裁判所 began 審理，公聴会 an 控訴，上告 Thursday by three 刑務所，拘置所d 新聞記者／雑誌記者s of Al-Jazeera television as hopes for their 解放（する） grew まっただ中に 雪解けing relations between Cairo and Qatar, where it is based.

The Al-Jazeera reporters, who 当局 say 欠如（する）d proper accreditation, were 刑務所，拘置所d in June on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of spreading 誤った （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 補佐官ing the イスラム教徒 Brotherhood after the army 追い出すd Islamist 大統領，／社長 Mohamed Morsi in 2013.
The Brotherhood, which saw 選挙（人）の success after the 追放／剥奪 of longtime strongman Hosni Mubarak in 2011, has since been 宣言するd a "テロリスト organisation" in Egypt.
Fahmy's lawyer Negad al-Borai said ahead of Thursday's 開会／開廷／会期 that all 選択s were open to the 法廷，裁判所.
"The 法廷，裁判所 of Cassation could order a retrial, 問題／発行する a new 判決 or acquit the 被告s," he said, 追加するing that the 控訴，上告 could even be 解任するd.
The three, who on Monday 完全にするd a year in 刑務所，拘置所, could also be 解放（する）d on 保釈（金） if a retrial is ordered, he said.
Fahmy's fiancee, Marwa Omara, told AFP: "We hope they are 解放する／自由なd on 保釈（金）, that would be a 肯定的な step."
Greste's parents told Australia's ABC they had "信用／信任 in the 正直さ of the Egyptian 控訴，上告s system" and that the 新聞記者／雑誌記者s would soon be 解放（する）d.

The reporters were 逮捕（する）d when Egypt and Qatar were at loggerheads after Morsi was 除去するd by then army 長，指導者, now 大統領，／社長, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi に引き続いて 集まり 抗議するs against his one-year 支配する.

"Their 逮捕（する） was a settling of political 得点する／非難する／２０s between Egypt and Qatar," Borai said of the three 新聞記者／雑誌記者s.
The bitter 列／漕ぐ／騒動 now appears to be ending に引き続いて 介入 by 湾 heavyweight Saudi Arabia, a 重要な Sisi 支援者.
On December 20, Cairo told a Qatari （外交）使節／代表 it was ready for a "new 時代" in relations with Doha, as the 首長国 申し込む／申し出d its "十分な support" to Sisi.
Two days later, Al-Jazeera 発表するd the surprise 終結 of its Egyptian channel, which had 終始一貫して criticised Cairo since Morsi's 追放／剥奪.

Sisi himself has said he would have preferred the 新聞記者／雑誌記者s to have been 国外追放するd rather than tried.
In November, he 問題／発行するd a 法令 許すing him to 国外追放する foreigners 宣告，判決d to 刑務所，拘置所 or on 裁判，公判.
"We have とじ込み／提出するd a request to the 起訴 to 国外追放する Mohamed to Canada in 事例／患者 a retrial is ordered," Fahmy's fiancee said.
The 法廷，裁判所 will also 診察する the 控訴，上告s of four Egyptian codefendants in the 事例／患者, who were 刑務所，拘置所d for seven years on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of belonging to a テロリスト organisation and for "損失ing the image of Egypt".
Eleven other 被告s, tried in absentia, 含むing one Dutch and two British 新聞記者／雑誌記者s, were given 10-year sente nces.
