中国 would welcome a visit by Kim Jong-Un to Moscow, a 政府 spokeswoman said Thursday, まっただ中に 憶測 that the North Korean leader could make his international debut in the ロシアの 資本/首都 later this year.

"As a first signal, it was a 肯定的な one," Lavrov said.

If 確認するd, the visit would be Kim's first foreign trip since taking 力/強力にする just over three years ago に引き続いて the death of his father, Kim Jong-Il.
