Kenya 得るd nearly $700 million 価値（がある） of 予防の 貸付金 support from the International 通貨の 基金 on Monday as the country 請け負うs important 経済的な 改革（する）s.
The 国際通貨基金 認可するd a $497.1 貸付金 under its Stand-By 協定 施設 and another $191.2 million under its Stand-By Credit 施設.
Both are one-year 貸付金s that the 国際通貨基金 said Nairobi does not 計画（する） to draw on "unless 外部の shocks lead to an actual balance-of-支払い（額） need."
