French FM plays 負かす／撃墜する talk of working with Syria 政権
Working with the Syrian army to fight the Islamic 明言する／公表する group is not on the cards until 大統領 Bashar al-Assad has been 除去するd from 力／強力にする, French 外務大臣 Laurent Fabius said Monday.

"It is obvious that it's not under the leadership of Mr Assad that the army could be engaged と一緒に the 穏健な 対立," he 追加するd.

Fabius fuelled the rumours, by telling フラン's RTL 無線で通信する last week that "政権 軍隊s" could 潜在的に join the fight against IS.
His comments made headlines around the world, even after Fabius said he was 単に referring to a 地位，任命する-Assad 政権.
Syrian 外務大臣 Walid Muallem 掴むd on Fabius' 提案, 説 it was "better late than never".
Germany 支援するd Fabius's calls over the 週末, with Defence 大臣 Ursula 出身の der Leyen 説 she was open to working with "part of the 軍隊／機動隊s in Syria".
"Like in Iraq, where training of the 地元の 軍隊／機動隊s had been successful," she told public 放送者 ZDF.
However a German 政府 spokeswoman 明らかにするd on Monday that Berlin also had no 計画（する）s to link up with Assad's 軍隊s.
"There will be no 協調 with Assad and no 協調 with 軍隊／機動隊s under Assad -- that is the position of the German 政府," the spokeswoman, Christiane Wirtz, told a 圧力（をかける） 要点説明.
Most 分析家s believe that Western training of 軍隊／機動隊s in the Middle East has been an abject 失敗.
