中国 産業の overcapacity 損失ing 全世界の economy: 熟考する／考慮する
中国's overcapacity in 重工業s is wreaking "far-reaching" 損失 on the 全世界の economy, with steel 生産／産物 "完全に untethered" from market 需要・要求する, the European Union 議会 of 商業 of 中国 said Monday.
The Asian 巨大（な）'s steel 産業 makes more than the next four largest 生産者s 連合させるd -- Japan, India, the US, and Russia -- the 報告（する）／憶測 said, 警告 that more than 60 パーセント of 中国's aluminium 産業 has 消極的な cash flow.
In just two years, its 固く結び付ける 生産／産物 equalled the 量 produced in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs during the entire 20th Century.

Brussels has 開始する，打ち上げるd new anti-ダンピング 調査（する）s into Chinese steel 輸入するs, as 生産者s in both Europe and Asia struggle with 全世界の prices that have 急落するd in the 直面する of oversupply.
"Overcapacity has been a blight on 中国's 産業の landscape for many years now, 影響する／感情ing dozens of 産業s and wreaking far-reaching 損失 on the 全世界の economy in general, and 中国's 経済成長 in particular," the 議会's 報告（する）／憶測 said.
The 問題／発行する has led to 貿易（する） 緊張s between the world's second-largest economy and developed countries that 告発する／非難する it of ダンピング in their markets.
中国 accounts for half of 全世界の steel 生産／産物 but 内部の 需要・要求する has slowed はっきりと along with 経済成長, 軍隊ing it to look overseas. Its steel 輸出（する）s 急に上がるd 20 パーセント in 2015, によれば Chinese Customs data.
The EU 開始する，打ち上げるd 調査（する）s this month into 輸入するs of Chinese steel, with 貿易（する） commissioner Cecilia Malmstroem 警告: "We cannot 許す 不公平な 競争 from artificially cheap 輸入するs to 脅す our 産業."
This month, Luxembourg-based world leader in steelmaking ArcelorMittal 非難するd 中国 for a colossal $8 billion loss in 2015, at a time when thousands of 職業s are 存在 削減（する） across the 産業.
But many Chinese steel 会社／堅いs are also losing money, and Beijing has 発表するd 計画（する）s to 削減（する） 生産／産物 by as much as 150 million tonnes over the next five years.
