Iraqis 反抗する 禁止（する） to 決起大会／結集させる for 改革（する）s in Baghdad
Thousands of Iraqis 反抗するd 警告s from 当局 and 決起大会／結集させるd in the heart of Baghdad on Friday, 新たにするing 圧力 on the 政府 to carry out 改革（する）s 的ing 汚職 and sectarianism.
Although 抗議するs over the past year have resulted in repeated 約束s of 改革（する）, little in the way of 固める／コンクリート 進歩 has been made, as those in a position to 影響 change 利益 from the 存在するing system.
人民党員 Shiite 聖職者の Moqtada al-Sadr, who had called for the demonstration, made a 簡潔な／要約する 外見 at the 決起大会／結集させる in Tahrir Square, which was packed with 旗-waving 抗議する人s.

抗議する人s fought to get closer for a glimpse of the 聖職者の but he quickly 出発／死d, and his 発言／述べるs were instead read out by another （衆議院の）議長.
Sadr called for 対策 含むing the 解雇／（訴訟の）却下 and 裁判，公判 of corrupt 公式の／役人s, an end to sectarian and 政党 割当s through which positions are 株d out, and the 形式 of a 政府 of 技術家出身の管理職者s, によれば the 発言／述べるs.
He has organised repeated 抗議するs callin g for 改革（する）s, during which デモ参加者／実演宣伝者s have on several occasions 違反d Baghdad's Green Zone, a 防備を堅める／強化するd area that is home to 重要な 政府 会・原則s and foreign 大使館s.
（衆議院の）議長s led the 抗議する人s in 詠唱するing スローガンs 含むing: "Yes, yes to 改革（する）," "No, no to sectarianism" and "No, no to 汚職."
The 決起大会／結集させる went ahead にもかかわらず a 警告 from the 政府 that it could distract 安全 軍隊s from the war against the Islamic 明言する／公表する group.
A 声明 from the 共同の 操作／手術s 命令（する） 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語d it "unauthorised" and said anyone who appeared with 武器 would be 扱う／治療するd as a "テロリスト 脅し."
The Friday demonstration, which started to 勝利，勝つd 負かす／撃墜する after Sadr's 需要・要求するs were read, was the first to take place in weeks, as the 聖職者の called for a break in 抗議するs during Ramadan, when observant イスラム教徒s 急速な／放蕩な from 夜明け to dusk.

抗議する人s were 繰り返して searched by men 地位，任命するd at 一時しのぎの物，策 検問所s on the way to the demonstration, and 立ち往生させるs of barbed wire kept them away from the 橋（渡しをする） across the Tigris River that they had 以前 used to reach the Green Zone.
The 大勝する to the 橋（渡しをする） was also 封鎖するd by 厚板s of 激しい 固める／コンクリート 爆破 塀で囲む and defended by 暴動 police.
Internet 関係s were 削減（する） during the demonstration, but 回復するd later in the morning.
"We are tired (of) 汚職. 汚職 is 殺人，大当り us," Mohamed al-Daradji, an 行動主義者 and film-製造者, said in a speech at the 抗議する.
"These people (who) （機の）カム after 2003... they failed. They failed! They didn't do anything," Daradji said, referring to 政治家，政治屋s who （機の）カム to 力／強力にする after the US-led 倒す of 独裁者 Saddam Hussein.
Asked why he （機の）カム to 抗議する, Abu Mushtaq al-Awadi said: "We have 権利s, and we are 需要・要求するing our 権利s."
Awadi said he wants an end to sectarian and party 割当s, the 裁判，公判 of corrupt 公式の／役人s, the return of stolen money to the Iraqi people and the 形式 of a 政府 of 技術家出身の管理職者s.
Sadr has 以前 called for a technocratic 政府 to 取って代わる the 現在の party-(v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者d 大臣s -- a 手段 提案するd by 総理大臣 Haider al-Abadi -- but 議会 has 繰り返して failed to 認可する new 大臣s.
Abadi first called for a 閣僚 含むing 技術家出身の管理職者s in February, but has 直面するd 重要な 対立 from powerful political 軍隊s that rely on 支配（する）／統制する of 省s for patronage and 基金s.
Some of Abadi's 閣僚 指名された人s were finally 認可するd by 議会 in April, but in a blow to the 首相, a 法廷，裁判所 later scrapped the 開会／開廷／会期, which some 破壊的な 国会議員s were 閉めだした from …に出席するing.
