Islamic 明言する／公表する group attacks Kobani from Turkey
BEIRUT (AP) ― The Islamic 明言する／公表する group 開始する，打ち上げるd an attack Saturday on the Syrian 国境 town of Kobani from Turkey, a Kurdish 公式の／役人 and 行動主義者s said, although Turkey 否定するd that the 闘士，戦闘機s had used its 領土 for the （警察の）手入れ，急襲.
The 強襲，強姦 began when a 自殺 爆撃機 運動ing an 装甲の 乗り物 爆発させるd his 爆発性のs on the 国境 crossing between Kobani and Turkey, said the Britain-based Syrian 観測所 for Human 権利s and Nawaf Khalil, a 広報担当者 for Syria's powerful Kurdish Democratic Union Party.
The Islamic 明言する／公表する group "used to attack the town from three 味方するs," Khalil said. "Today, they are attacking from four 味方するs."

Turkey, while 以前 支援 the Syrian 反逆者／反逆するs fighting to 倒れる 大統領 Bashar Assad in that country's civil war, has been hesitant to 援助（する） them in Kobani because it 恐れるs that could stoke Kurdish ambitions for an 独立した・無所属 明言する／公表する.
A Turkish 政府 声明 on Saturday 確認するd that one of the 自殺 attacks 伴う／関わるd a 爆弾-負担d 乗り物 that 爆発させるd on the Syrian 味方する of the 国境. But it 否定するd that the 乗り物 had crossed into Kobani through Turkey, which would be a first for the 極端論者 闘士，戦闘機s.
"（人命などを）奪う，主張するs that the 乗り物 reached the 国境 gate by crossing through Turkish 国／地域 are a 嘘（をつく）," read the 声明 解放（する）d from the 政府 圧力（をかける） office at the 国境 town of Suruc. "Contrary to 確かな （人命などを）奪う，主張するs, no Turkish 公式の／役人 has made any 声明 （人命などを）奪う，主張するing that the 爆弾-負担d 乗り物 had crossed in from Turkey."
"The 安全 軍隊s who are on 警報 in the 国境 地域 have ... taken all necessary 対策," the 声明 continued.
Associated 圧力（をかける） 新聞記者／雑誌記者s saw 厚い 黒人／ボイコット smoke rise over Kobani during the attack. The sound of 激しい 砲火 echoed through the surrounding hills as 装甲の 乗り物s took up positions on the 国境. The 観測所 said 激しい fighting also took place 南西 of the town where the Islamic 明言する／公表する group brought in 戦車／タンクs to 増強する their 闘士，戦闘機s.
Mustafa Bali, a Kobani-based 行動主義者, said by telephone that Islamic 明言する／公表する group 闘士，戦闘機s have taken positions in the 穀物 silos on the Turkish 味方する of the 国境 and from there are 開始する，打ち上げるing attacks toward the 国境 crossing point. He 追加するd that the U.S.-led 連合 開始する，打ち上げるd an airstrike Saturday morning on the eastern 味方する of the town.
"It is now （疑いを）晴らす that Turkey is 率直に 協力するing with Daesh," Bali said , using the Arabic acronym for the Islamic 明言する／公表する. Later in the day, he said the 状況／情勢 was 比較して 静める on the 国境 after a day of 激しい 衝突／不一致s.
The Islamic 明言する／公表する group （人命などを）奪う，主張するd three 自殺 attacks in Kobani's 国境 crossing point, the SITE 知能 Group 報告（する）／憶測d. The group, 引用するing Twitter accounts linked to the 交戦的なs, said the 自殺 attacks were carried out by a Saudi and a Turkmen, 追加するing that one of them was 運動ing a Humvee.
The Islamic 明言する／公表する group began its Kobani 不快な／攻撃 in 中央の-September, 逮捕（する）ing parts of the town 同様に as dozens of nearby villages. The town later became the 焦点（を合わせる） of airstrikes by the U.S.-led 連合 against the 交戦的なs.
Kurdish 闘士，戦闘機s slowly have been 前進するing in Kobani since late October, when dozens of 井戸／弁護士席-武装した Iraqi peshmerga 闘士，戦闘機s joined fellow Syrian Kurds in the 戦う／戦いs. The fighting has killed hundreds of 闘士，戦闘機s on both 味方するs over the past two months.
The 観測所 said Saturday the 最新の fighting killed at least eight Kurdish 闘士，戦闘機s and 17 jihadis.
Syria's 外務大臣 said in a television interview 空気／公表するd Friday night that the U.S.-led 連合's weeks of airstrikes against 交戦的なs in Syria had not 弱めるd the Islamic 明言する／公表する group. Washington and the U.N. 安全 会議 "should 軍隊 Turkey to 強化する 支配（する）／統制する" of its 国境 ーするために help 敗北・負かす 交戦的なs, he 追加するd.
"Is Daesh today, after two months of 連合 airstrikes, 女性? All 指示，表示する物s show that it is not 女性," al-Moallem told Beirut-based Al-Mayadeen TV.
The Islamic 明言する／公表する group has 宣言するd a self-styled Islamic caliphate in areas under its 支配（する）／統制する in Iraq and Syria, 治める／統治するing it によれば its violent 解釈／通訳 of Shariah 法律. The group has carri ed out 集まり 殺人，大当りs 的ing 政府 安全 軍隊s, 民族の 少数，小数派s and others against it.
