WASHINGTON (AP) ― THE ISSUE: "Your Majesty" isn't in the American political lexicon. But when a 大統領，／社長 始める，決めるs a major 政策 by edict, skirting 議会, it invariably 始める，決めるs off a 審議 that traces 支援する to the time of kings and queens ― and the 設立するing Fathers who 拒絶するd the 当局 of the 栄冠を与える.
国会議員s cry foul when a 大統領，／社長, 特に of the other party, usurps their 当局 through (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 活動／戦闘. Defenders say it can be the only way to get something done when those 国会議員s tie everything up in knots.

WHERE THEY STAND
On 移民／移住, 民主党員 Hillary Clinton has 誓約（する）d that as 大統領，／社長 she would work to 回復する the Obama programs and go その上の. 共和国の／共和党の Donald Trump said he would make sure Obama's "憲法違反の 活動／戦闘s" never come 支援する.

WHY IT MATTERS
