TOKYO (AP) ― Japan's 貿易収支 swung to a 黒字／過剰 in September, as 輸出（する）s fell いっそう少なく than 推定する／予想するd.
Customs 人物／姿／数字s 解放（する）d Monday showed 輸出（する）s in September totaled 5.97 一兆 yen ($57.4 billion). 輸入するs fell 16.3 パーセント from a year earlier to 5.47 一兆 yen ($52.6 billion).
The 黒字／過剰 of 498.3 billion yen ($4.8 billion) compared with a 赤字 of 18.7 billion yen in August.
Japan's 貿易収支 has mostly fallen in 最近の months as the value of the yen has risen against the dollar. That makes Japanese 製品s いっそう少なく 競争の激しい in overseas markets, though it also 削減（する）s costs for 輸入するs of oil and gas and other dollar-denominated 商品／必需品s. 輸出（する）s had fallen 9.6 パーセント in August from a year earlier, and 予測（する）s were for a 減少（する） of over 10 パーセント in September.
The 拒絶する／低下する in 輸出（する）s in yen 条件 in September was the smallest since March, while 輸出（する） 容積／容量s rose by 4.7 パーセント year-on-year.
"The strong rise in 輸出（する） 容積／容量s を強調するs that Japan's 製造業の is showing resilience as 外部の 需要・要求する remains weak," Marcel Thieliant of 資本／首都 経済的なs said in a commentary.
Japan's 輸出（する）s to 中国 fell nearly 11 パーセント from a year earlier, while 輸出（する）s to the U.S., its biggest overseas market, dropped 8.7 パーセント. Most major 部類s of 製品s, 含むing 出荷／船積みs of 機械／機構, electronics and 乗り物s, dropped from the year before.
