CAIRO (AP) - Human 権利s Watch is 勧めるing 当局 in eastern Libya to 発揮する "all possible 成果／努力s" to 確実にする the 安全な return of a 女性（の） 国会議員 誘拐するd from her home last month by 武装した men.
The 国会議員, Seham Sergewa, is a 目だつ critic of Khalifa Hifter, whose 軍隊s are now fighting to take the 資本／首都 from the U.N.-支援するd 政府 in Tripoli.
The New York-based 監視者 said Friday that Sergewa's 誘拐 "follows a 井戸／弁護士席-文書d pattern of 暴力／激しさ, 報復, and 脅迫" by Hifter's self-styled Libyan 国家の Army.
Sergewa's family and friends 主張する she was taken from her house in Benghazi by militiamen (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者d with Hifter's 軍隊s. Her husband was 負傷させるd during the attack.
