Libya's Hifter: Tripoli (選挙などの)運動をする to continue にもかかわらず losses

CAIRO (AP) - The 軍の 指揮官 of eastern Libya-based 軍隊s said Saturday that they will continue fighting 軍隊s loosely 連合した with the U.N.-supported 政府 in Tripoli, even though his (選挙などの)運動をする has 苦しむd 後退s in 最近の weeks.

Khalifa Hifter, 指揮官 of the self-styled Libyan Arab 武装した 軍隊s, has been 行うing a (選挙などの)運動をする for over a year trying to 逮捕(する) the 資本/首都. The 軍の tide has been 逆転するd in 最近の weeks, and his 軍隊s lost several towns and a 重要な airbase.

Hifter´s 味方する 支配(する)/統制するs the country´s east and most of the south, while the U.N.-supported 政府 支配(する)/統制するs areas in the west, 含むing Tripoli.

In a two-minute 音声部の speech 演説(する)/住所d to his 軍隊s, Hifter said they "will fight and fight" against what he called "Turkish 植民地主義."

Turkey is 補佐官ing the 戦闘の準備を整えた 政府 in Tripoli. It has recently stepped up its 軍の support with 装甲の drones, 空気/公表する 弁護s and Syrian mercenaries with links to 極端論者 groups. That has helped turn the tide against Hifter´s 軍隊s, which are 支援するd by the 部隊d Arab 首長国s, Egypt and ロシアの mercenaries.

"To our 勇敢に立ち向かう officers and 兵士s, you are fighting a 宗教上の war that is open to all 前線s, a 包括的な war in which there is nothing but victory," Hifter said in the speech. "Every Turkish solider, mercenary sent by (Turkey's 大統領 Recep Tayyip) Erdogan to Libya and every 反逆者 who has 許すd the occupier to return is a 的 of our 武装した 軍隊s."

Col. Mohamed Gnounou, a 広報担当者 for the Tripoli-連合した 軍隊s, said Saturday that they 掴むd two 軍の (軍の)野営地,陣営s on the 郊外s of Tripoli that Hifter´s 軍隊s had 逮捕(する)d at the beginning of their (選挙などの)運動をする last year.

The U.S. 外交官/大使 to Libya, Richard Norland, called Saturday for a 停止(させる) to the "動揺させるing flow" of ロシアの and other foreign 軍の 器具/備品 and mercenaries into Libya.

"The needless 不快な/攻撃 agains t Tripoli must end so all foreign 軍隊s can 出発/死 and Libyan leaders who are 用意が出来ている to lay 負かす/撃墜する their 武器s can come together in 平和的な 対話 on the 問題/発行するs that divide them," Norland said during a phone call with Tripoli-based 総理大臣 Fayez Sarraj.

Aguila Saleh, the (衆議院の)議長 of Libya's 議会, called for the U.N. 安全 会議 to 身を引く its 承認 of the Tripoli-based 政府 and 任命する a new 行政 代表するing all Libyan 地域s.

In an 演説(する)/住所 目的(とする)d at the Libyan people on the eve of Eid el-Fitr, he also called for (疑いを)晴らすing Tripoli of "テロリスト groups" and a fair 配当 of the nation's oil and gas 歳入s.

The 騒動 in Libya has 刻々と より悪くするd as foreign 支援者s ますます 介入する にもかかわらず 誓約(する)s to the contrary at a high-profile peace 首脳会議 in Berlin earlier this year.
