No 証拠 COVID-19 ワクチンs create new ウイルス variants

CLAIM: The variants of the coronavirus that have been 設立する in the 全世界の 全住民 were created by COVID-19 ワクチンs, because the ワクチンs 原因(となる)d people to develop antibodies and 軍隊d the ウイルス to 発展させる.

THE FACTS: An article 引用するing a virologist known for spreading 共謀 theories about the coronavirus is 押し進めるing the 誤った (人命などを)奪う,主張する that COVID-19 ワクチンs were the catalyst that 原因(となる)d new variants of the ウイルス to 現れる around the globe. "Bombshell: Nobel Prize 勝利者 明らかにする/漏らすs - Covid ワクチン is `Creating Variants,´" reads the headline of the article, which has been 株d thousands of times on Facebook. The article (人命などを)奪う,主張するs that the ワクチンs 軍隊d the ウイルス to "`find another 解答´ or die," thus producing the known coronavirus variants. The article せいにするs the (人命などを)奪う,主張する to Luc Montagnier, who won the Nobel Prize in 2008 for discovering HIV and has spread 誤った (人命などを)奪う,主張するs about the coronavirus. They said the 証拠 示唆するs new variants 発展させるd as a result of 長引かせるd viral 感染s in the 全住民, not ワクチンs, which are designed to 妨げる such 感染s. "There´s no 証拠 that the ワクチンs create new variants, 大部分は because ワクチン接種 appears to shut 負かす/撃墜する viral 感染s, 妨げる people from spreading it to others," said Dr. Stuart Ray, a professor at Johns 売春婦 pkins University´s 医療の school. "If the ウイルス can´t spread, it doesn´t have the 適切な時期 to 発展させる." With some ウイルスs, such as dengue ウイルス, scientists have 観察するd a 現象 called antibody-扶養家族 enhancement, in which antibodies 生成するd by a past 感染 or a ワクチン will 貯蔵所d to a viral pathogen but not 中立にする/無効にする it. This can 原因(となる) people who have antibodies to experience more 厳しい symptoms if they are 感染させるd later. However, this 現象 has not been 観察するd with the coronavirus or ワクチンs to 妨げる it. Montagnier did not 答える/応じる to a request for comment.

COVID-19 ワクチンs do not wipe out antibodies

CLAIM: The Red Cross says if you 回復するd from COVID-19 and had a ワクチン, you cannot 寄付する 血 plasma because the ワクチン wipes out natural antibodies.

THE FACTS: The Red Cross says that 声明 is 不確かの and COVID-19 ワクチンs do not wipe out antibodies, によれば 専門家s. As of March 26, the Red Cross discontinued the 献身的な collection of COVID-19 convalescent plasma 予定 to 拒絶する/低下するing 需要・要求する from hospitals and a 十分な 産業 供給(する). 地位,任命するs online are now misrepresenting the change and are spreading the 誤った (人命などを)奪う,主張する that the Red Cross is no longer taking any plasma 寄付s from those who have had the COVID-19 ウイルス and received a ワクチン. Social マスコミ 使用者s are 株ing a February clip from KMOV-4, a CBS-(v)提携させる(n)支部,加入者 news 駅/配置する in Missouri, where the 錨,総合司会者 incorrectly says the Red Cross is no longer 受託するing convalescent plasma from people who are vaccinated because COVID-19 ワクチンs wipe out natural antibodies. "If you have had covid and 回復するd you can 寄付する plasma to help save lifes UNLESS YOU GET THE VACCINE after having 回復するd," reads an 不確かの tweet that 株d the ビデオ. Red Cross spokeswoman Katie Wilkes told The Associated 圧力(をかける) that her organization had reached out to the news 駅/配置する to 訂正する the (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状), since it is not 訂正する that ワクチンs wipe out natural antibodies. Wilkes also said that even though the 献身的な convalescent plasma program was discontinued, vaccinated people are still able to 参加する in 血 運動s. "In most 事例/患者s, you can 寄付する 血, platelets and plasma after a COVID-19 ワクチン as long as you´re feeling healthy and 井戸/弁護士席," she said. KMOV-4 updated their story on May 27. "Today News4 updated a story we 報告(する)/憶測d in February," a 駅/配置する spokesperson told the AP in an email. "At that time, a 代表者/国会議員 of the American Red Cross said the organization´s 政策 was to discourage convalescent plasma 寄付s from 寄贈者s who 以前 had COVID-19 and were then vaccinated because of a then-belief about antibodies." 専門家s say the 最近の 地位,任命するs about antibodies get it all wrong. Dr. C. Buddy Creech, a Vanderbilt University ワクチン 専門家, said there is no 推論する/理由 to 嫌疑者,容疑者/疑う that COVID-19 ワクチンs would 減らす antibodies. In fact, ワクチンs should 上げる them. ワクチンs produce a more 一貫した 免疫の 返答 to the coronavirus, since 穏やかな 感染s lead to lower antibody levels than more 厳しい 感染s, Creech explained. "This is why those who have been 感染させるd still 利益 from ワクチン接種; that ワクチン will then serve to 上げる the 免疫の 返答 that was made during the 初期の 感染," Creech said in an email.
