GOVE TO PROBE 'ASSAULT' CASE MP
A Tory MP who apologised after receiving a police 警告を与える for a 国内の 強襲，強姦 has been referred by the party to 長，指導者 whip Michael Gove, a 保守的な source has 確認するd.

The 郡's Police and 罪，犯罪 Commissioner, Tim Passmore, also raised 関心s, 説 in a 声明: "It was 特に 乱すing for me to hear that one of our Suffolk Members of 議会 受託するd a police 警告を与える for a 国内の 乱用 offence which, I understand, took place in London a while ago.
"I would like to make it 絶対 （疑いを）晴らす that 国内の 乱用 is never 許容できる under any circumstance.
"The 未来 of David Ruffley as a Member of 議会 and 見込みのある 保守的な 議会の 候補者 for the Bury St Edmunds 選挙区／有権者 is a 事柄 for their 協会 but I hope I have made my 見解（をとる）s 完全に （疑いを）晴らす - such behaviour is inexcusable.
"Those of us in a leadership 役割 in society must do our level best at all times and try to 始める，決める a good example to others in what we do and how we behave - that 含むs all 政治家，政治屋s 関わりなく any party affiliation.
"In my opinion there cannot and must not be any hiding place for the 悪党／犯人s of such 残虐な 罪，犯罪s."
In his 声明 問題／発行するd through his lawyers Kingsley Napley, Mr Ruffley said he apologised to the woman "some time" after receiving the 警告を与える.
He 追加するd: "In March this year, an 出来事/事件 occurred bet ween me and my former partner, resulting in 不適切な 活動／戦闘 on my part, which I 深く，強烈に 悔いる.
"I am pleased to be able to say that she has 受託するd my 陳謝. I have 差し控えるd from making any public 声明 on this 事柄 as it is a 深く，強烈に personal 事柄.
"It is my understanding that my former partner wishes the 出来事/事件 to remain 私的な.
"The 出来事/事件 was dealt with by the police and I 受託するd 責任／義務 for my 活動／戦闘s at the time.
"I 悔いる this 事柄 in its entirety and the position in which I put my former partner and I now ask that her privacy be 尊敬（する）・点d."
The Bury St Edmunds 保守的な 協会, which is 報道によれば 予定 to discuss the 問題／発行する next week, has not 答える／応じるd to requests for comment.
The 隣人ing West Suffolk 保守的な 協会 would not be drawn on the 問題／発行する.
The MP, who has 代表するd the seat since 1997, was given leave from the party in 2010 after 苦しむing minor 傷害s when he was 攻撃する，衝突する by a train at Victoria 駅／配置する in London.
At the time he was 報告（する）／憶測d to be 苦しむing from 不景気.
