"We will fully devolve the 住宅 利益. A 大規模な £1.8 billion in 住宅 利益 is spent in Scotland every year. This is a 抱擁する sum that should be used not to 無期限に／不明確に subsidise the 私的な rented 部門 but to 投資する in new 住宅 in Scotland."
SNP depute leader Stewart Hosie said: "This is 絶対 farcical from 労働.
"Having （人命などを）奪う，主張するd authorship of the 公約する, 宣言するd it 配達するd and called for everyone to move on from the 審議 they are now admitting that what is on 申し込む／申し出 is woefully 不十分な and 緊急発進するing around trying to make it sound more 相当な.
"But they are '申し込む／申し出ing' nothing now that they 港／避難所't 以前 said was already 存在 配達するd through the Smith 提案s."
He 追加するd: "The SNP has 終始一貫して argued for devolution of the 最小限 行う, along with all working age 利益s and 雇用 programmes - and if 労働 truly 手配中の，お尋ね者 進歩, they would 支援する our calls. But they 辞退する.
"And now the sheer panic setting in at the heart of Scottish 労働 is palpable."
