Miliband 勧めるd to publish 税金 行為
保守的なs have sought to step up 圧力 on Ed Miliband over the 問題／発行する of 税金 avoidance by 需要・要求するing that he publish a 合法的な 文書 which altered his father's will to 認める him part-所有権 of the family home.
労働 has 否定するd that Mr Miliband 避けるd 税金 through the 協定, pointing out that the party leader paid 資本／首都 伸び（る）s 税金 on his 株 of the north London 所有物／資産／財産 when he later sold it to his brother David.
But Tory MP Andrew Bridgen 述べるd the 否定 as "risible", （人命などを）奪う，主張するing that the 協定 - known as a 行為 of variation - had 最初 been 始める，決める up to 避ける possible 未来 相続物件 税金 義務／負債s.

The Ukip leader said that he had never 本人自身で 避けるd 税金, but that the 手はず／準備 made by many 豊富な people to 減ずる their 義務／負債s were "straightforward".
Mr Miliband has 確認するd that his mother Marion 始める，決める up an 協定 known as a 行為 of variation after the death of his father Ralph, which is understood to have a llowed 所有権 of the 所有物／資産／財産 to be 分裂（する） between Mrs Miliband and her sons.
However, Mr Miliband has since sold his 株 to his brother David, who also bought the 残りの人，物 of the 所有物／資産／財産 from his mother. As Mrs Miliband is still living and is no longer the owner of the 所有物／資産／財産, no 相続物件 税金 義務／負債 has arisen.
A 労働 広報担当者 said Mr Miliband paid 資本／首都 伸び（る）s 税金 at 40% on the sale and said any suggestion that he used the 協定 to 避ける 税金 would be a "straightforward 嘘（をつく）".
The 広報担当者 said: "Ed paid 40% 資本／首都 伸び（る）s 税金 when the house was sold in 2004/05. It can't be 税金 avoidance if no 税金 was 避けるd."
But Mr Bridgen said: "This is weak and risible from Ed Miliband, who is 猛烈に trying to wriggle out of his previous 成果／努力s to 避ける 相続物件 税金.
"Here are the facts: It is 絶対 beyond 疑問 - and not for a moment 否定するd by Ed Miliband - that he and his family used a 行為 of variation in 1994 and that this 協定 was in place for 10 years. As the former 長，率いる of 税金 at PwC has said 'the 推論する／理由 people use 行為s of variation is to save on 相続物件 税金'.
"Ed Miliband should now publish this 行為 of variation that he is 現在／一般に hidin g away and be as open about his own 税金 事件／事情／状勢s as he 需要・要求するs others to be. The public can then 裁判官 for themselves."
Mr Miliband has gone on the attack in 最近の days over 主張s of 税金 avoidance activities linked to some 豊富な 支持者s of the 保守的な Party, telling the House of ありふれたs that David Cameron was "a dodgy 総理大臣 surrounded by dodgy 寄贈者s".
He yesterday （刑事）被告 the 保守的なs of 捜し出すing to use the 行為 of variation to "smear mud", 追加するing: "It's something that my mother did 20 years ago, that was a 決定／判定勝ち（する） she made.
"Let me just say this: I paid 税金 as a result of that 処理／取引, I've 避けるd no 税金 in that."

And he told LBC 無線で通信する: "I think the use of the word 'dodgy' Ed will come to 悔いる.
"What is for 確かな is that the 保守的な Party does have enormously 豊富な 支援者s and it goes into this 総選挙 with more money than has ever been seen before in British politics."
Mr Farage 追加するd: "Very 豊富な people, and 特に those who have 商売／仕事s and houses and perhaps families around the world, do 合法的に use what is 利用できる to them to 避ける 支払う／賃金ing 税金. Some of that is straightforward."
He said: "I have never 避けるd any 税金. I don't think I've ever 避けるd any 税金 myself through any 複雑にするd 対策. No, I 港／避難所't."
Former d irector of public 起訴s Keir Starmer, a 労働 候補者 in the May 7 総選挙, said Mr Miliband had given a "十分な explanation" of his position, and that the public was more 関心d about "very 複雑にするd, sophisticated 税金 avoidance 計画／陰謀s where people are moving money around the world".
Former 保守的な treasurer Lord 密告者 was wrong to 示唆する that "everyone" 避けるd 税金, he said.
"People will take different 見解（をとる）s on 行為s of variation and all forms of 税金 救済 is in one sense ーするつもりであるd to 減ずる 税金," Mr Starmer told BBC 無線で通信する 4's Today programme.
"I think for someone in (Lord 密告者's) position to say we all do it... I don't think that's 権利. People have a strong feeling that sophisticated 税金 avoidance is morally wrong. It might not be 犯罪の but it is morally wrong."
労働 also 否定するd that one of Mr Miliband's 補佐官s had 述べるd the 列／漕ぐ／騒動 over 税金 avoidance as a "Milly Dowler moment".
BBC political editor Nick Robinson used the phrase in a blog earlier this week, when he 述べるd how 労働 saw the HSBC 主張s as an 適切な時期 to stand up to the rich and powerful, in the same way Mr Miliband did when he spoke out over Rupert Murdoch and phone 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスing.
However, Mr Robinson later said the 言及／関連 to the 殺人d schoolgirl, whose phone was 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスd by 新聞記者／雑誌記者s, was not a direct 引用する from one of Mr Miliband's 補佐官s.
令状ing on Twitter, he said: "I did not 引用する anyone re Ed M & Milly Dowler. Said his 補佐官s saw this as moment like that ie to stand up to powerful. Story re Millie Dowler's phone 存在 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスd was moment Ed chose to `stand up' to Murdoch. 補佐官s see 平行の with HSBC story & 税金 avoiders."

Boris Johnson said people have a "権利 to minimise" what they 支払う／賃金 HM 歳入 and Customs.
London's 市長 told the Evening 基準: "I don't want to seem to be dodging the question. I think people have a 合法的 権利 to minimise their 税金 義務s if they can but they should 支払う／賃金 their fair whack. I do think it's important to be transparent."
