抗議する人s have called for 司法(官) more than a year after an 検死 設立する "甚だしい/12ダース 失敗s" 与える/捧げるd to the death of a father-of-three 拘留するd under the Mental Health 行為/法令/行動する.

The family of Kingsley Burrell were joined on Saturday by hundreds of people on a march through Birmingham 勧めるing 活動/戦闘 by the British 当局 14 months after an 検死 陪審/陪審員団's damning 判決 regarding his death.

In May 2015, an 検死 into the death of Mr Burrell 設立する the 29-year-old's death had been 与える/捧げるd to by 甚だしい/12ダース 失敗s with the 検死官 説 "no 悲劇 like this should ever happen again".

After a (民事の)告訴 from the 犠牲者's family about the 証拠 of three West Midlands Police officers' during the 検死, the 独立した・無所属 Police (民事の)告訴s (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 (IPCC) carried out an 調査.

In October last year it referred the 事柄 to the 栄冠を与える 起訴 Service "for them to consider if any 犯罪の offences may have been committed."

The time taken by the CPS has 怒り/怒るd Mr Burrell's family who on Saturday repeated calls for "司法(官)" for their loved one, the day after what would have been his 35th birthday.

Mr Burrell, a student from Winson Green in Birmingham, died at the city's Queen Elizabeth Hospital on March 31, 2011 four days after 存在 拘留するd by police.

"We are calling for an 即座の 決定/判定勝ち(する), and then Mr Burrell's family can decide what their next move will be."

Mr Jaddoo said: "We're not going to go away and we'll keep upping the 賭け金.

"We will keep fighting for 司法(官) for Kingsley Burrell."

A 広報担当者 for the 栄冠を与える 起訴 Service said: "Regarding the death of Kingsley Burrell, we are still considering the 事柄 and will make a 決定/判定勝ち(する) in 予定 course."
