What can I do for Christmas across the four nations?

Boris Johnson had 約束d “全員一致の 協定” on the 制限s across the four nations, but the 指導／手引 is now different across England, むちの跡s, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
What does the 法律 say, and what can people do in different areas of the UK?
? What is the 法律?
規則s 現在／一般に 許す for three 世帯s to form an 排除的 “Christmas 泡” for the five days between December 23 and 27 across the UK.
However, on Wednesday the Welsh 政府 said it will do things 異なって and 立法者 to cap 泡s at two 世帯s.

? What can I do in England?
The 総理大臣 has told people to “have a merry little Christmas ? and I’m afraid this year I really do mean little”.
While Mr Johnson said “we don’t want to criminalise people’s long-made 計画（する）s”, he 警告するd people should be “極端に 用心深い” when mixing next week and should minimise 接触するs in the days 主要な up to Christmas.

First 大臣 Nicola Sturgeon said this week that her “strong 推薦” is for people not to mix 世帯s over the festive period to 確実にする what is “unequivocally the safest way to spend Christmas”.
Ms Sturgeon 勧めるd people to consider 延期するing their 祝賀s, or to 会合，会う with others only outdoors. She said if it is “必須の” that 集会s take place inside, they should be for one day only with no 夜通し stays.
“The reality is that this Christmas 簡単に can’t be normal. But we have every 推論する／理由 to hope that next year’s will be much more normal,” she said.
