Azerbaijan's Aliyev pulls out of 会談 with Armenia and EU

Oct 4 (Reuters) - Azerbaijan's 大統領 Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday pulled out of an EU-仲買人d 会合 with Armenian 総理大臣 Nikol Pashinyan, 取引，協定ing a blow to prospects for 救助（する）ing the peace 過程 between the two countries.
