World 法廷，裁判所 orders イスラエル to take 活動／戦闘 to 演説（する）／住所 Gaza 飢饉

THE HAGUE, March 28 (Reuters) - 裁判官s at the International 法廷，裁判所 of 司法（官） on Thursday 全員一致で ordered イスラエル to take all the necessary and 効果的な 活動／戦闘 to 確実にする basic food 供給（する）s arrive without 延期する to the Palestinian 全住民 in Gaza.
The ICJ said the Palestinians in Gaza 直面する より悪くするing 条件s of life, and 飢饉 and 餓死 are spreading.
"The 法廷，裁判所 観察するs that Palestinians in Gaza are no longer 直面するing only a 危険 of 飢饉 (...) but that 飢饉 is setting in," the 裁判官s said in their order.
The new 対策 were requested by South Africa as part of its 現在進行中の 事例／患者 that 告発する／非難するs イスラエル of 明言する／公表する-led 集団殺戮 in Gaza.
In January the ICJ, also known as the World 法廷，裁判所, ordered イスラエル to 差し控える from any 行為／法令／行動するs that could 落ちる under the 集団殺戮 条約 and to 確実にする its 軍隊／機動隊s commit no genocidal 行為／法令／行動するs against Palestinians in Gaza.
In Thursday's order the 法廷，裁判所 再確認するd the January 対策 but 追加するd イスラエル must take 活動／戦闘 to 確実にする 邪魔されない 準備／条項 of basic services and 人道的な 援助 含むing food, water and electricity 同様に as 医療の 供給（する）s and 医療の care to Palestinians throughout Gaza.
The 裁判官s 追加するd that this could be done "by 増加するing the capacity and number of land crossing points and 持続するing them open for as long as necessary". The 法廷，裁判所 ordered イスラエル to 服従させる／提出する a 報告（する）／憶測 in a month after the order to 詳細（に述べる） how it had given 影響 to the 判決，裁定.
