EU says it has no 計画（する）s for 許可／制裁s on イスラエル
BRUSSELS, Nov 17 (Reuters) - The European Union has no 意向 of 課すing 許可／制裁s on イスラエル if it takes steps to 封鎖する a two-明言する／公表する 解答 to the Israeli-Palestinian 衝突, the EU's new 外交政策 長，指導者 Federica Mogherini said on Monday.
European 外交官s have said the EU is looking at new ways to 圧力（をかける） イスラエル to 停止（させる） its building of 解決／入植地s on land the Palestinians want for a 明言する／公表する, as 失望／欲求不満 over the construction programme reaches a new high.
Israeli newspaper Haaretz said on Monday it had 得るd an 内部の EU 文書 on 許可／制裁s that could be taken against イスラエル if it took 活動／戦闘s that would 妨げる a viable Palestinian 明言する／公表する. They 含むd possible 対策 against European companies working in 解決／入植地s in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, it said.
Mogherini said the EU had no 計画（する） of this 肉親，親類d.
The Haaretz article referred to an 内部の working 文書 requested by EU 政府s some time ago that only formed a "technical working hypothesis", she said.
A discussion の中で EU 外務大臣s on Monday was more about "how to start a 肯定的な 過程 with the Israelis and Palestinians to 再発進する a peace 過程". "It was not at all a question of 孤立するing or 許可／制裁ing anybody," Mogherini told a news 会議／協議会.
