BRUSSELS, Nov 15 (Reuters) - The 選挙 of Donald Trump as U.S. 大統領，／社長 has 増加するd 不確定 in the banking 部門 and watering 負かす／撃墜する 資本／首都 必要物／必要条件s would only make the 状況／情勢 more volatile, the EU's 財政／金融 長，指導者 said on Tuesday.

"This 環境 makes the need for predictable, level-長，率いるd 政策 more important than ever," Dombrovskis told a 会議／協議会.

Dombrovskis is 予定 to publish a 草案 法律 next week 修正するing EU bank 資本／首都 支配するs, such as 緩和 the 報告（する）／憶測ing 重荷（を負わせる） on smaller 貸す人s and encouraging more 投資 in 組織／基盤／下部構造 and lending to companies.
He signalled that the 草案 法律 would answer a long-standing call from smaller 貸す人s, 特に 貯金 banks in Germany.

"A 的d 改正 is therefore 提案するd to cater for the problems 遭遇（する）d in the 使用／適用 of the 支配するs on deferral and 支払う／賃金-out in 器具s in small and 非，不，無-コンビナート／複合体 会・原則s and に向かって staff members with low variable remuneration," said the 草案 法律, which has been seen by Reuters.
Each 貿易（する）ing desk at a bank must have a （疑いを）晴らす, 年次の 商売／仕事 計画（する）, 含むing, "remuneration 政策 based on sound 基準 used for 業績／成果", the 草案 says.
There will also be 調整s to the 圏's bank 資本／首都 支配するs to 避ける penalising market-making banks that are ready to buy and sell 在庫／株s and 社債s at any time, as they are seen as 必須の for a 井戸／弁護士席-機能（する）／行事ing markets.
Dombrovskis said problems in Europe's banking 部門 - low profitability is 特記する／引用するd by policymakers の中で the 最高の，を越す ones - must be 取り組むd 長，率いる on as parts of the 部門 do not have the 規模 or 専門的知識 to make 科学技術の changes.
