Turkey, U.S. agree to form 共同の 操作／手術 中心 for Syria 安全な zone

ISTANBUL, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Turkey and the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs agreed on Wednesday to 設立する a 共同の 操作／手術 中心 in Turkey to 調整する and manage a planned 安全な zone in northeast Syria, a move that appeared to 減ずる the chance of 切迫した Turkish 軍の 活動／戦闘.
The two countries gave few 詳細（に述べる）s of the 取引，協定, which followed three days of 会談 between 軍の 代表s and months of 行き詰まらせる over how far the 安全な zone should 延長する into Syria and who should 命令（する） 軍隊s patrolling it.
The 提案するd zone 目的（とする）s to 安全な・保証する a （土地などの）細長い一片 of land stretching more than 400 km (250 miles) along Syria's northeastern 国境 with Turkey, much of it controlled by the Kurdish YPG 民兵 that fought with U.S. support against Islamic 明言する／公表する 交戦的なs.
Ankara sees the YPG as テロリストs who 提起する／ポーズをとる a 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な 安全 脅し and has 需要・要求するd that the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 切断する its 関係 with the Kurdish 民兵.
Turkey has twice sent 軍隊s into northern Syria in the last three years to 運動 支援する YPG and Islamic 明言する／公表する 闘士，戦闘機s from the 国境, and 大統領 Tayyip Erdogan had said on Sunday a third 急襲 was 切迫した, 的ing YPG-controlled 領土 east of the Euphrates river.
Speaking at a news 会議／協議会 in Ankara on Wednesday と一緒に his Ukrainian 相当するもの, Erdogan said that 会談 with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs had 進歩d in a "really 肯定的な" direction.
The 過程 regarding the 安全な zone would begin with the 操作／手術 中心 存在 formed, he said.
"What really 事柄d here was the 問題／発行する of this step 存在 taken on the east of the Euphrates, and this is now 存在 realized together with the Americans," he said.
The two countries, 同盟（する）s in 北大西洋条約機構, said they agreed on the "早い 実施 of 初期の 対策 to 演説（する）／住所 Turkey's 安全 関心s."
They also said the 安全な zone should be a "peace 回廊（地帯）," and that every 成果／努力 would be made so that Syrians 追い出すd by war could retur n to their country.
Neither 味方する said whether they had 打ち勝つ two main points that had divided them.
Washington has 提案するd a two-tier 安全な zone, with a 5-キロメーター (3-mile) 非武装化するd （土地などの）細長い一片 支えるd by an 付加 9 km (5.6 miles) （疑いを）晴らすd of 激しい 武器s - stretching in total いっそう少なく than half the distance into Syria that Turkey is 捜し出すing.
Turkey has also said it must have ultimate 当局 over the zone, another point of 相違 with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
The Turkish Defence 省 said it would be giving no その上の 詳細（に述べる）s for now of the 協定. News of the 取引，協定 helped the リラ 攻撃する，衝突する its strongest level this week, of 5.469 to the dollar. It stood at 5.487 at 1604 GMT.
TURKISH FORCES DEPLOYED
Turkish Defence 大臣 Hulusi Akar said earlier that Washington was 転換ing closer to Ankara's 見解（をとる）s on the 提案するd 安全な zone.
He said Turkey's 計画（する）s for a 軍の （軍隊などの）展開，配備 there were 完全にする. "But we said we 手配中の，お尋ね者 to 行為／法令／行動する together with our friend and 同盟（する）, the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs," 明言する／公表する-owned Anadolu 機関 引用するd him as 説.
Three Turkish 公式の／役人s who spoke to Reuters this week had 表明するd impatience over the 会談 and 警告するd that Ankara was ready to 行為／法令／行動する on its own.
A 最高の，を越す Syrian Kurdish 公式の／役人 told Reuters on Wednesday that any Turkish attack on Kurdish-led 軍隊s in northeast Syria would 誘発する a "big war."

"The 部分的な／不平等な (U.S.) drawdown (has) occurred at a time when these 闘士，戦闘機s need 付加 training and equipping to build 信用 with 地元の communities and to develop the human-based 知能 necessary to 直面する resurgent (Islamic 明言する／公表する) 独房s and 謀反の 能力s in Syria," the 報告（する）／憶測 said.
