MILAN/ROME, July 22 (Reuters) - An Italian 法廷，裁判所 has 拒絶するd a request by Vivendi to 解除する 制限s that 限界 the French マスコミ group's 投票（する）ing 権利s at Italian 放送者 Mediaset, a 法廷，裁判所 文書 showed on Wednesday.
Vivendi, which also owns 23.9% of Telecom Italia, has been at loggerheads with Mediaset since pulling out of a 取引，協定 to buy its 支払う／賃金-TV 部隊 in 2016 and then building a 28.8% 火刑／賭ける in a move the Italian 放送者 considered 敵意を持った.
