Police 逮捕（する）d a woman yesterday afternoon after a 報告（する）／憶測d "hair-pulling rampage" in Tompkins Square Park. 

によれば ABC 7, "A woman was seen walking up to people and violently tugging on their hair." 証言，証人／目撃するs said she approached between five and seven people in Tompkins. One 報告（する）／憶測 said she also 試みる／企てるd to 得る，とらえる a 7-month-old baby. 

After she left the Park, the woman was seen knocking over several （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs and 議長，司会を務めるs outside restaurants on St. Park's Place and Avenue A. 

Police took her into 保護／拘留 on Ninth Street just west of Avenue A. ABC 7 報告（する）／憶測s that EMTs took her to Be llevue Hospital for an evaluation.
