I have worked in the newspaper 産業, magazine publishing and the music 商売／仕事, and behaviour like this, you will not be shocked to hear, is not unknown in all these spheres.
On the matrix where 青年, beauty and ambition 衝突する／食い違う with those in 当局 持つ／拘留するing the 重要な that 打ち明けるs the door to celebrity and riches, there will always be 関係s and trysts that are, to 引用する Schofield, unwise but not 違法な. In showbusiness, as in life these days, it's who you are that counts, not what you say or do.
