It may be an uncomfortable truth but 報告（する）／憶測s should say transgender 殺害者 Scarlet Blake is a man, says SUELLA BRAVERMAN
'The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it. But in the end, there it is,' said Winston Churchill in the House of ありふれたs almost a century ago. What would the 広大な／多数の／重要な man have made this week of the 事例／患者 of Scarlet Blake? A heinous 犯罪の, who indiscriminately 殺人d Jorge ツバメ Carreno by 溺死するing him in a river, and was 設立する to have skinned a cat and put it in a blender before the 殺人.
The 事例／患者 attracts attention because of its truly sickening character. But for those of us who believe in the truth, it is the 報告（する）／憶測ing of the 事例／患者 that has 追加するd an extra 層 of horror. For Blake is a transgender woman, also known as a man. Identifying as a woman, but still very much a man. You wouldn't have understood this fact from the 報告（する）／憶測ing which, in some 事例／患者s 含むing a shocking BBC News channel piece, never even について言及するd this mere 詳細（に述べる）.
The truth can be uncomfortable. But if our 新聞記者／雑誌記者s fail to 報告（する）／憶測 the truth, on basic 事柄s like biology and on 問題／発行するs 影響する／感情ing public safety and 犯罪の 司法（官）, then we are on a slippery slope to a dystopian world of doublespeak, misinformation and dangerous deception.

The problem is that the erasure of 生物学の truth is becoming a professional practice by our マスコミ. This perverted reality has produced 誤った headlines such as: 'Norwich woman 刑務所，拘置所d for コカイン-fuelled sex with dog,' 'Woman who bragged about 存在 a paedophile approached boys' and '女性（の） 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 強姦'. In the 事例／患者 of 強姦, it is 合法的に incoherent to 述べる the 悪党／犯人 as 女性（の） because （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 of this offence 要求するs a penis. A 生物学の woman cannot commit 強姦, except as an 従犯者. As Home 長官, I 繰り返して made this 見解（をとる） （疑いを）晴らす, but the practice continued.
How is such distortion possible? Regulatory 指導基準s make newspapers '責任がある 正確に 報告（する）／憶測ing what is heard in 法廷，裁判所; they are not 責任がある the 正確 of what is heard in 法廷，裁判所.' And the BBC's Style Guide advises that the pronoun 'she' should be used for 述べるing a transgender woman. When our 国家の 放送者 支持するs （民事の）告訴s against its 新聞記者／雑誌記者s for 述べるing transwomen as male, we know that the problem runs 深い.

That leaves us with how transgender 犯罪のs are 存在 述べるd within the 犯罪の 司法（官） system. Herein lies the root of the problem. The Equal 治療 （法廷の）裁判 調書をとる／予約する, written by 裁判官s for 裁判官s, makes it （疑いを）晴らす that the preference is to enable self-身元確認，身分証明 so that 生物学の males can be referred to as women and in the 女性（の） form at their request, 関わりなく whether they have a Gender 承認 証明書, the relevance to the offence or the wishes of the 犠牲者.
While of course transgender people deserve 尊敬（する）・点 and support, it cannot be 権利 that their 権利s 勝つ／広く一帯に広がる over the truth. The public 利益／興味 in honesty is （疑いを）晴らす: distorted 罪，犯罪 統計（学） mean 大臣s will be 軍隊d to 答える／応じる to '証拠' of 増加するd 暴力／激しさ by women. Male 犯罪のs will argue that, as self-identifying women, they are する権利を与えるd to go to a women's 刑務所，拘置所. If we are to 回復する public 信用／信任 in the 犯罪の 司法（官） system, then surely a good place to start would be with getting the basic facts 権利?
So we need to change the 指導／手引, 支配するs and the 法律. Firstly, the 司法の need to 修正する the Equal 治療 （法廷の）裁判 調書をとる／予約する to 教える 裁判官s to 述べる 違反者／犯罪者s by their 生物学の sex, not preferred pronouns. Secondly, the Police and 犯罪の 証拠 行為／法令／行動する, which 規制するs how the police を取り引きする these 状況／情勢s, needs to change so that they must 記録，記録的な／記録する birth sex in the 保護／拘留 記録，記録的な／記録する of 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs. 現在／一般に it does not. Lastly, we need to 直す／買収する，八百長をする regulatory 指導基準s so that a 生物学の man is 述べるd as male; and a 生物学の woman is 述べるd as 女性（の）.
