Heart health was ɾ²Á¤¹¤ëd ·Ðͳ¤Ç the seven-item checklist from the?American Heart ¶¨²ñ.

The heart-health ¿äÁ¦s ´Þ¤à not smoking, having a BMI under 25, ±é½¬ing Äê´üŪ¤Ë and eating °æ¸Í¡¿ÊÛ¸î»ÎÀÊ.

Other advice ´Þ¤às having a cholesterol level of ¤¤¤Ã¤½¤¦¾¯¤Ê¤¯ than?200 mg/dL, glucose under?100 mg/dL and a ·ì °µÎÏ reading of no more than 120/80 mm Hg.

Women with the bone-¼å¤á¤ëing disorder are 30 per cent more at ´í¸± of developing the memory-loss ¾ò·ï, while males with osteoporosis are 20 per more likely to develop dementia, ¤Ë¤è¤ì¤Ð the first ½Ï¹Í¤¹¤ë¡¿¹Íθ¤¹¤ë of its Æù¿Æ¡¤¿ÆÎàd.

½Ï¹Í¤¹¤ë¡¿¹Íθ¤¹¤ë author Dr Louis Jacob, from Paris University, said: 'The major hypothesis to explain the ¶¨²ñ between osteoporosis and dementia is that these two ¾ò·ïs have Îà»÷¤Î ´í¸± factors.'?
