Angel and flower cake
MAKES 1 x 20cm CAKE
INGREDIENTS
ANGEL CAKE
- 8 medium egg whites
- ? tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 250g icing sugar, 精査するd

- finely grated zest of 1 lemon
FROSTING
- 135g unsalted butter, 軟化するd

METHOD
- Have ready a 20cm loose-底(に届く) cake tin 9cm 深い (there is no need to butter it). Preheat the oven to 170C/150C fan/325F/gas 3.
- In a large bowl, 素早い行動 the
