Stonewall started as a (選挙などの)運動をする group for gay 権利s and has been 広範囲にわたって 拍手喝采する for its 決定的な work.

Today, however, it is 支配するd by the (選挙などの)運動をする for trans 権利s and controversially 始める,決めるs out to 促進する self-宣言するd ‘gender 身元’ ? the doctrine that people are whatever gender they say they are ? ahead of 生物学の sex.

It supports the belief, for example, that people with penises can be lesbians and those with vaginas can be gay men. Those who 同意しない, says Stonewall, are bigots.

Such is Stonewall’s 影響(力) that a former 補佐官 to Boris Johnson has (人命などを)奪う,主張するd the group has been 許すd to dictate 政府 政策 by 助言者s who 現在の him with ‘skewed’ プロの/賛成の-trans (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状).

They told Lowbridge they felt under a bizarre form of 圧力 to ‘受託する the idea that a penis can be a 女性(の) sex 組織/臓器’.

One told how she had been 述べるd as a ‘genital fetishist’ for only wanting to have 関係s with 生物学の women.

Another said: ‘I was told I 借りがあるd it to my trans sisters to unlearn my “genital 混乱”.’

The article also 含むd a 議論の的になる argument made by several trans 行動主義者s that 表明するing any preference in 性の partners should be considered ‘差別的な’ as such preferences often 除外する trans people.

This is いつかs referred to as ‘the cotton 天井’ ? a distasteful 言及/関連 to underwear 示唆するing that trans women a re systematically 封鎖するd from having 性の 関係s with 生物学の 女性(の)s.

The BBC won much 賞賛する for its 調査, which 誘発するd some lesbians to 表明する their 怒り/怒る at how they felt ostracised for wishing to form 関係s only with women.

Yet now it has 現れるd that months before the article appeared Stonewall’s 長,指導者 (n)役員/(a)執行力のある Nancy Kelley wrote to the 編集(者)の director of BBC News to 公然と非難する Lowbridge’s work in an 明らかな 試みる/企てる to get her piece stopped.

In her email, Kelley 示唆するd that the BBC article would 結局最後にはーなる 存在 ‘transphobic’ because it 代表するd trans women as ‘性の predators’, which was a ‘central anti-trans argument’.

She その上の complained that the ‘高度に 有毒な’ cotton 天井 問題/発行する was ‘analogous to 問題/発行するs like 性の 人種差別主義’.

It is understood that it took many months of 編集(者)の discussions before the article was published on October 26.

Stonewall has appeared to 確認する that changes were made to the 初めの piece, although it remains 不明瞭な whether this was as a direct result of the 漏れるd email, sent in September 2020.
