A lecturer who was compared by a university boss to a '人種差別主義者 uncle' for her gender 批判的な 見解（をとる）s has 警告するd it will take 'a 世代' to undo the 損失 done to academic freedom by Stonewall.

Jo 不死鳥／絶品, a criminology professor, this week won her 不公平な 解雇／（訴訟の）却下 （人命などを）奪う，主張する against her former 雇用者 the Open University (OU).

A 法廷 設立する that she had 苦しむd victimisation, いやがらせ and direct 差別 while working for the OU as a result of her public 尋問 of transgender ideology.

The 59-year-old academic said the OU made little 成果／努力 to 保護する her from these attacks and, instead, she was compared to a '人種差別主義者 uncle at the Christmas （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する' by her 副 長，率いる of department when called to a 会合 to discuss the 論争.

'When I look 支援する on the 暴徒 madness and I think who is to 非難する, the answer is plain and simple - Stonewall, Stonewall, Stonewall,' Prof 不死鳥／絶品 told the Mail on Sunday.

'The beginning, middle and end to all of this is the 絶対の 素晴らしい success Stonewall had to sending their message out to universities.

'They've made it such that to question Stonewall is to be transphobic.'

Prof 不死鳥／絶品 argues that Stonewall's mantra that 'trans women are women' and that there is no room for 審議 on this had a '破滅的な 衝撃' on academic freedom and 解放する／自由な speech.

'Stonewall and academics 事実上の／代理 as 行動主義者s have shut 負かす／撃墜する spaces for discussion,' she said.

'People thought by agreeing with Stonewall they were on the 味方する of the angels, but in my mind those angels quickly turned into devils.

'I hope my judgment will embolden all those people who feel they 港／避難所't been able to speak out to speak out,' she 追加するd.

'There were constant 告訴，告発s of transphobia and 脅しs of 暴力／激しさ and those messages were 存在 retweeted by my peers across the entire nation,' she 解任するd.

The 乱すing episode left her 'heartbroken' - as working at the OU had been her 'dream 職業'- and resulted in her 苦しむing from 地位，任命する-traumatic 強調する／ストレス disorder (PTSD), Prof 不死鳥／絶品 said.

'Every 強姦 犠牲者 knows that to get believed is the hardest thing there is,' she explained.

They are not at 半端物s with 傾向, and we will find a path that encourages 多様制 of thought and 見解（をとる）s in the inclusive 環境 we all want to see at the OU. We have learned from the judgment and there is now more we need to do. The experience and 結果 of this 事例／患者 will guide us with this important and 必須の work.
