A 宝くじ 'loser' fighting his estranged girlfriend for half of her £1million scratch card winnings has today been 設立する 有罪の of 強襲,強姦ing another former girlfriend during a 炎ing 列/漕ぐ/騒動.

Michael Cartlidge, 39, had 否定するd attacking his former partner of eight years 水晶 Neary-Phillips and 粉砕するing up her iPhone 12 and 脅すing to kill her during an argument at her home last year.

The attack happened on April 15 last year - six months before he (人命などを)奪う,主張するd to have scooped a 共同の jackpot with new girlfriend, Charlotte Cox.

He said she 最初 agreed to 株 the money, but after walking out on him changed her mind.

He has heard Ms Cox has since moved on with a new partner, 説: 'Good luck to her. I'm 失業した at the moment and living off 利益s and I just want the Lotto money I believe I'm する権利を与えるd to.'

In an 関係のない 事例/患者, 検察官,検事 Denis Quinn told the 法廷,裁判所 how Cartlidge had a 'furious 列/漕ぐ/騒動' with his then partner 行方不明になる Neary-Phillips after turning up drunk at her Spalding flat where he was also living on the night of April 15 last year.

行方不明になる Neary-Phillips, giving 証拠 in person, said: 'We were arguing over money because we didn't have any money.

'He 借りがあるd someone some money and that person kept messaging me and he was trying to get my phone off me and I was shouting at him to stop and 静める 負かす/撃墜する.'

She said he 選ぶd up the iPhone 12 - she 述べるd as her 'lifeline' and threw it against a 塀で囲む, 不正に 粉砕するing it.

He also 脅すd to kill her, 激怒(する)ing: 'I am going to f****g kill you, I 約束 I am going to kill you' she said in her 証拠.

Police had been called on the first night and Ms Neary-Phillips 'very 苦しめるd' 12-year-old son was taken by officers to stay with her sister and her family.

Cartlidge was 警告するd to stay away but returned the next day, letting himself in with his 重要な, when the 強襲,強姦 happened and he was 逮捕(する)d.

The 犠牲者 said the 出来事/事件 was 'horrendous' and whilst she was bruised and grazed she didn't 要求する hospital 治療.

She said she was 荒廃させるd when she saw he'd 粉砕するd up phone which was 'nearly bent in two.'

地区 裁判官 Peter Veits 述べるd Ms Neary-Phillips as a 'very 信頼できる 証言,証人/目撃する' who was 'not shaken' by 反対尋問 by defence lawyer Julian Atkinson, while he 設立する the 被告's 'explanation a little bit hard to believe.'
