As the party's ǯ¼¡¤Î accounts were published, treasurer Mr Beattie Äêɾ¤Î¤¢¤ë there had been '´Ø¿´' about transparency over independence-´Ø·¸¤Î¤¢¤ë ¹µÁÊ¡¤¾å¹ðs that had raised more than ¡ò600,000. In a section of the accounts, Mr Beattie discussed money raised by the ¹ṉ̃Åêɼ-´Ø·¸¤Î¤¢¤ë ¹µÁÊ¡¤¾å¹ðs since 2017. He said that ¡ò666,953 had been raised up to the end of 2021, with a total of ¡ò51,760 »Ù½Ð ŬÍѤ¹¤ëd to this income. The money was '¡Ê¡¼¤Î¤¿¤á¤Ë¡Ë¤È¤Ã¤Æ¤ª¤¯d' through ÆâÉô¤Î ²áÄøs, he said, though the accounts did not ¸ø¼°¤Ë µ­Ï¿¡¤µ­Ï¿Åª¤Ê¡¿µ­Ï¿¤¹¤ë a separate sum.

December 2022 - ÂßÉÕ¶â to SNP ¸½¤ì¤ës

In December, it ¸½¤ì¤ëd that Mr Murrell had ÂßÉÕ¶âd the party ¡ò100,000 in June 2021. The party said this was to help with a 'cash flow' ÌäÂ꡿ȯ¹Ô¤¹¤ë after the Áªµó that year. Ms Sturgeon said: 'The »ñ¸»s that he lent the party were »ñ¸»s that belonged to him.'

On April 18, party treasurer Mr Beattie was ÂáÊá¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ëd and interviewed by police. His Ìò³ä was to ´ÆÆĤ¹¤ë the party's ºâÀ¯¡¿¶âÍ»s.

April 2023 - SNP Ǥ̿¤¹¤ës new treasurer

Stuart McDonald was Ǥ̿¤¹¤ëd as the SNP's new treasurer on April 22 after Mr Beattie stood É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë with '¨ºÂ¤Î ±Æ¶Á' ¤Ë°ú¤­Â³¤¤¤Æ his ÂáÊá¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë. The 44-year-old MP, who Âåɽ¤¹¤ës Cumbernauld, Kirkintilloch and Kilsyth, ǧ¤á¤ë it would be a 'difficult and challenging time' for the party.

May 2023 - SNP Ǥ̿¤¹¤ës new auditor

The party Ǥ̿¤¹¤ëd the AMS Accountant Group on May 3 2023, after its previous auditor, Johnston Carmichael, stood É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë in September 2022. She 'Ǥ°Õ¤Ë' arranged with Police Scotland to be questioned as part of the Ä´ºº into the party's ºâÀ¯¡¿¶âÍ»s, a ¹­ÊóôÅö¼Ô said.
